Welcome to A&E Events. By accessing our website at aeevents.biz or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
A&E Events provides luxury event planning, décor, and coordination services including but not limited to weddings, birthday celebrations, baby showers, and special events. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by A&E Events.
All event bookings require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The deposit amount will be communicated during the consultation process. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by A&E Events.
Remaining balances are due as outlined in your individual service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they are used to reserve your event date and begin planning. If you need to cancel your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the deposit, at the discretion of A&E Events. Cancellations within 60 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timely approvals, and any required access to venues or vendors. A&E Events is not liable for delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
A&E Events reserves the right to photograph and/or video events we plan and style for use in our portfolio, website, and social media channels. If you do not wish for your event to be featured, please notify us in writing prior to your event date.
A&E Events shall not be held liable for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, venue closures, vendor failures, or other force majeure events. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services rendered.
All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and design elements, is the property of A&E Events and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
A&E Events reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
